1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Dark Souls Notifications browser extension (“the Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension.

2. Description of the Extension

Dark Souls Notifications is a free, open-source browser extension that plays a Dark Souls-themed sound and displays a visual overlay in your browser when you send an email. It supports Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, ProtonMail, and Yandex Mail.

3. Use of the Extension

• The Extension is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the Extension outside of the terms of its open-source license.
• You agree not to use the Extension in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

4. No Warranty

The Extension is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Extension will work on all browser versions, operating systems, or with all email providers.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Dark Souls Notifications shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.

6. Changes to the Extension or Terms

We may update the Extension or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Open Source

The Extension is open source. You can view and contribute to the source code on GitHub under its respective license.
